What we collect, why, and how long we keep it, in plain language, never legalese.

VercelPurpose: hosting and delivery of every page, and cookieless aggregate traffic analytics. Data: page requests and technical data such as IP address and user agent. Location: Vercel Inc., served from a global edge network.
NeonPurpose: the managed PostgreSQL database behind accounts, the newsletter and our first-party analytics. Data: account email, name and country, sign-in tokens, subscription and consent records, and IP-anonymised visitor events. Location: Neon, Inc., the shared Mosticare database.
Amazon Web Services (SES)Purpose: sending account and newsletter email. Data: your email address and the message. Location: AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt, EU.
CloudflarePurpose: the Turnstile captcha that protects sign-in. Data: IP address and browser signals during sign-in. Location: Cloudflare, Inc., a global network.
PostHogPurpose: product analytics, only after you accept analytics. Data: pageviews, clicks, and aggregate scroll and heatmap positions, with session recording off. Location: PostHog EU at eu.i.posthog.com.
GooglePurpose: optional sign-in with a Google account. Data: your name, email address and Google account ID, only if you choose it. Location: Google.
Voyage AI and SupabasePurpose: knowledge search. Data: the text you type into search, never your account details. Location: Voyage AI, Inc. (United States) and Supabase, Inc.
CookieYesPurpose: the consent banner and the record of your choices. Data: your consent categories and the request needed to serve the banner. Location: CookieYes.

Two entities, one database

Mosticare Ühing (this Foundation) and Mosticare OÜ (the shop at mosticare.com) share technical infrastructure, including the database that stores accounts and email subscriptions. Each organisation uses your data only for the purposes you agreed to with it: you receive Foundation content only if you subscribed here, and commercial marketing only ever after an explicit opt-in with the shop. You can withdraw either consent independently at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
