The Mosticare Foundation research surface

International Mosquito Research Data-Hub

Two independent, open-data research surfaces in one place: a citable evidence base and a European surveillance map. Each carries its own provenance, sourced where the label says so. Nothing here is invented.

Two pillars, one surface

A citable evidence base and a surveillance map, each read by its own provenance.

Sourced, citable

Mosquito Intelligence Atlas

Citable evidence base

Primary open data on mosquito vectors, disease burden and the research literature. Every figure traces to a named source with its caveats, so you can cite it.

Threat-Map

Surveillance, sourced where labelled

Vector surveillance across Europe. The West Nile virus layer is sourced from ECDC. The animated map layer is illustrative where labelled, so read each layer by its own provenance.

How to read this hub
These are two different kinds of evidence. The Atlas is a citable evidence base built on primary open data. The Threat-Map is a surveillance surface, sourced where labelled and illustrative elsewhere. This hub does not present the whole as uniformly peer-reviewed or live, and neither pillar stands in for the other.

Latest research reports

Curated, cross-referenced reports built on the Atlas backbone. Each carries its maturity and its provenance in the open. See all reports.
No research reports are published yet. Follow the backbone at the Atlas overview, or browse the reports index.

Search across everything

One query across articles, studies, country profiles and research reports. The unified search reads the whole knowledge base at once.
