Who decides, and who we answer to.

Mosticare is a solo, AI-native company. There is no independent board yet — decisions rest with the founder. We would rather say that plainly than list names that do not exist.

Founder-led

The founder is accountable for every decision — product, science, and editorial. The AI desk executes; the founder reviews and signs off. The Agency (Mosticare OÜ) and the Foundation stay distinct, so commercial revenue and non-profit work are never confused.

As we grow

Independent oversight

When the Foundation reaches a scale that warrants it, we will appoint an independent board, publish its members and their terms, and minute its decisions. Until then, this page will not pretend otherwise.
