Decisions rest with the founder. There is no independent board yet; we will appoint and publish one as the Foundation grows. The one real separation is legal: a non-profit that informs, and a separate for-profit that funds it.

How we decideHow we are funded
The Foundation, Mosticare Ühing, is funded by a separate for-profit company, Mosticare OÜ, which runs the shop at mosticare.com. Commerce funds the mission, never the other way around.
The structureNot for sale
The non-profit makes no commercial claims, and what we recommend is never for sale. That separation is built into the structure: the science and the shop are run by two different companies.
